A bitter fruit flavor with fruity and sweet flavors, offset by a bit of bitterness. The red vermouth Olave is born in the cellars Celler Sort de Castell in the town of El Morell between Reus and Tarragona. Ripening can take up to three months in Eichen-Bocoyes. The vermouth has an orangey red colour, dense and very clean, with a lot of personality on the nose that highlights the herbaceous notes of the 80 herbs that have contributed to the product, aromatic, elegant, pleasant. Its alcohol content is balanced in the mouth with a perfect balance of acidity. One of the best reserve vermouths we’ve ever tasted!
