The aromatic herbs and spices used in the creation of Noilly Prat dry white are an enigma that is kept secret. However, the company reveals that this recipe includes Roman chamomile and gentian from France, nutmeg from Indonesia and bitter orange from Tunisia. The herbs and spices are macerated in the already selected blend of wines for three weeks in a traditional method known as dodinage. This wine is enriched with brandy. Delicious on its own, with ice and lemon.
