One of the oldest vermouths in France whose recipe dates back to 1843 when Louis Ferdinand Dolin bottled his first bottles. Dolin vermouth contains 75-80% wine, far exceeding the amount of wine of large international companies. The special qualities of Chambéry Vermouth were first determined by Joseph Chavasse, whose son Ferdinand Dolin inherited the formula and gave the company its name. Dolin won medals in Philadelphia, St. Louis and St. Louis. It was founded in St. Louis and London as early as the 19th century, and has been the reference point and benchmark for French vermouth.

Maison Dolin & Cie is one of the few remaining independent vermouth producers in France and the only vermouth reference we can find in Chambéry. This traditional house is committed to continue making its vermouth according to the authentic appellation of origin of Chambéry France. What does this mean? Well, the production is made in Chambéry, with maceration of plants instead of infusions prepared beforehand, and the only extra addition is that of sugar without taking into account any other sweetener. All natural.
