The grape variety that gives shape to this wine is grown high up in the Miño canyons, which gives it a bewitching sensation of high intensity, expressiveness and sensitivity. On the nose, clean and precise aromas that give way to an endless number of sophisticated nuances. In the mouth, creamy texture and great strength.
Vermouth may not be the perfect drink (although it may seem so to us) but all experts agree that it is a traditional drink that has been able to evolve and adapt to each era, especially to the modernity in which we live today, where it is advocated to “renew or die” constantly. Vermouth is a mellow combination of wine and macerated herbs, it has the right flavour to accompany an aperitif and turn that moment of “having a drink” into a much more gratifying experience. The vermouth reminds us of old charming taverns, and from Nordesia they bring us back that tradition of the Galician taverns.
