It is the favourite substitute of the Galician people, and also of all those who try them, as they are crunchy and perfect to accompany almost any dish. They are widely used in lids, as they withstand the passage of time very well without becoming soft or damp. You can spread a little pâté, or a fresh cheese and you can rest assured that they will not be soft.
They are made by the house Daveiga, a Galician family that generation after generation keeping the original recipe, and also delight us with variations as rich as this with olive oil. On the snacks page you will find other super appetizing varieties, such as butter or chia.
