Espinaler Red Vermouth
It is a vermouth that in the glass we observe brilliant and with a ruby red tone that makes it precious and delicate. It has a fresh aroma, reminiscent of mint, and sweet, like candy. Espinaler began in 1896 serving the best vermouths in the area, and little by little it became more and more known and sought after.
Within the vermouth producers there are always some who get classic pieces or drinks, as in this case. The Espinaler red vermouth is a traditional drink, the perfect accompaniment to any aperitif, and also has the nickname of the company Espinaler, an industry perfectly known and dedicated to pickles, packaged and beverages. With a proven track record and experience.
This bottle is an economical but reliable product. It does not have a gourmet or grand reserve feel to it. However, in relation quality/price it offers excellent results, and it has an intense flavour and a particularly interesting bouquet.
What is it intended for? Well, to function as a companion, that’s precisely where it gets its “castizo” touch. Either with olives or pickles of any kind. It accompanies the flavors well and reinforces them, without disappearing behind the pickles that accompany it.
A suggestion for presentation is in a traditional way: ice and a bit of orange peel, to keep it fresh and to preserve some of its sparkle. In this sense, it is unpretentious, and is a simple drink to serve and enjoy.
It is made from white wine, choosing one of excellent quality so that it can macerate properly with the herbs that have been chosen. As for these, it is thanks to some like artemisia or kina that it gets that special and unique touch. The aroma is also something to point out, as there are elements such as mint, oregano or even caramel that are introduced into the nose of the consumer, thus managing to accentuate that freshness and add depth to its tone.
White wine (10.5% vol.), molasses alcohol (96.3% vol.), crystal white sugar, infusion of vegetable substances and caramel (E150), contains sulphites.
Store in a cool, dry place.
